Hi, I'm Jessica
Although I've always loved crystals it wasn't until more recent years that I pursued crystal healing and developed a meditation and yoga practice. I'm happiest when I can help inspire growth and healing in others and I hope I can do that through my store.
When I was younger I had a mentor tell me that I had the opportunity to be a light in the world and that if he were to use one word to describe me it would be genuine. I was thirteen at the time and struggling to come to terms with the trauma that was happening in my family and I felt like I couldn't have an impact. Years later during a management training event I was asked what my personal mission statement would be, and the best way I could describe it is I've always wanted to share my light and help others do the same. When I left my job to pursue Resonate Crystals full time in 2019 my last boss gave me one of my favorite compliments I've ever ever gotten - he told me that he was always impressed with my ability to not only see the best in people but to help them see it themselves.
My crystal journey started with trips to the Smithsonian of Natural History Museum and the colorful bowl of tumbled stones that my grandfather had. He helped me get my business degree from VCU, but I never had the opportunity to tell him about Resonate Crystals. He was hospitalized right after I got tickets to graduation and he passed away right before it. I did my first show a few months later and with the help of my support system have been able to grow - I also now have most of my grandfather's rock collection including the bowl of tumbled stones that helped me become who I am.
